• The Website provides general information about our services (diagnostics, servicing, 3D wheel alignment, ECU remapping). • Information is provided "as is" and may be updated without notice. • Content on the Website does not constitute technical advice for your specific vehicle.
• Submitting a request via the Website contact form does not guarantee an appointment time. We will confirm by phone/email. • Any quotes, time estimates, or recommendations given online are indicative until we inspect or diagnose the vehicle.
• ECU remapping results vary by vehicle and condition. We do not guarantee specific performance gains or fuel savings. • You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle remains roadworthy and compliant with applicable laws and insurance requirements. If you have questions, ask us before proceeding.
If the Website offers a VRM/registration lookup: • We may send the VRM to a third-party vehicle data provider to retrieve vehicle information. • We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of third-party data. Always verify details with us if important.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on Website content or any temporary unavailability of the Website. • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Payments made with personal debit or credit cards carry no surcharge.
In line with UK regulations, which allow surcharges on commercial cards, a surcharge applies to payments made with business, corporate, commercial, purchasing, fleet and prepaid commercial cards. The surcharge covers the processing fees charged by card providers and never exceeds our cost of accepting the card.

Other business or commercial cards not listed above (including American Express, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay business cards): the surcharge will be confirmed on your quote or invoice and will not exceed our cost of accepting the card.
The surcharge will always be shown on your quote or invoice before payment is taken.
Business customers can pay by bank transfer at no extra cost. Our bank details are shown on every invoice.
We may update these rates if our card processing costs change. The rates shown here were last updated on 3 November 2026.
